ABOUT THE ARTISTS

BIG BLITZ - Innovative. Talented. Energetic. These words are often used to describe the members of the inventive band, Big Blitz. Based out of Pittsburgh, PA, this group was born from the musical genres of dance, rock, and jazz improvisation. This creative, dynamic trio is comprised of Nick Grabigel (drums and guitar) and brothers Lucas Ciesielski (tenor and bari sax) and Mason Ciesielski (tenor sax and modular synthesizer). Inspired by the sounds of saxophone-and-percussion-based bands known to busk in the subway stations of New York City, Big Blitz’s members write and perform their own original tunes which contain a powerful, electrified, and hip sound. Big Blitz is guaranteed to transform any of your preconceived notions of the music that can be created by a saxophone-and-drum trio.

Back Alley Sound - Just past sundown on a warm August evening in 2017, a naïve trash can stuffed-to-the-brim hatched from its cocoon on Pittsburgh’s South Side. Forsaken by even the trash collector, the trash can soon became the birthplace of six-piece alternative hip-hop outfit: Back Alley Sound

Working Breed - A scintillating quintet that writes original and eclectic Alt-Pop Art Rock full of surprises. Described by First Angel Media as “Steely Dan turned up to 11 and rocking out in a Prohibition-era speakeasy”, the band is a true aural amalgamation of minds.
